sorry, sincerely. I got overwhelmed. It really does belong on the other forum. I just got too P/O-ED If you really care, maybe go to the USDA website but any discusion seems not appropriate here (and, no I do not have access to FHOPolitics. Again, sorry. BAD BAD Kris. Kris
there are a lot of political posts in fhop, no one seems to care anymore, it's the wild west at priuschat
Huh, so that's, like, an ad that I would see at the bottom of somebody's PriusChat post if I were browsing with JavaScript on? There's so much I miss....
Huh. Wonder what they mean by huge size? Well, in a forum dominated by men, I can only guess. Tsk, tsk, tsk. What about that USDA, HUH kris
'They', if I'm to believe the screenshot, seem to be somebodies called "Baptist Hub". As if I didn't have enough things to be curious about today.
USDA has a policy outlawing harassment based on political beliefs: https://www.usda.gov/about-usda/general-information/staff-offices/office-assistant-secretary-civil-rights/civil-rights-policy-statements
I need Bob's marine vocab for that. In polite terms, we are being governed by petty children. Hatch Act came to mind.
You're really going to want to stay out of there. It's messy enough lately up here in the pancake haus. You need some slobber and fur therapy. As far as Ms Swift? Not really interested in seeing her at all.....bathing suit or no bathing suit. But then.... I get Harbor Freight ads more than anything else.
Funny you mention the Hatch Act. I used to live in the redwoods in Northern California and still keep up with the news there. One of the three online news sites there ran a poll about the USDA notice. here's a link to a poll they ran among readers and a couple mention Hatch POLL! I've made enough laps around the nearest star to be eligible for Social Security, and I'm on the internet a LOT. Somehow I've never wondered if the USDA even HAD a web site - or why someone might go there....... Now I'm afraid to look!!
USDA established 1862 by Pres. Lincoln. The website came along later. Its utility varies among users; for me the US Forest Service (within) has links to publications authored by employees whose work cannot be paywalled. The current fear-inspiring message is quoted below. Scroll at your own risk! . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . "Due to the Radical Left Democrat shutdown, this government website will not be updated during the funding lapse. President Trump has made it clear he wants to keep the government open and support those who feed, fuel, and clothe the American people."
