In the spirit of @mingc 's recent post , in my poking around for a dashcam install, I found heater lines in front of the TSS camera. I wonder when they turn on, lol.
If your windows frost up in cold weather- what do you do? Turn on the heating elements in the back window? Turn on the defroster? Those are the times the camera elements turn on also.
You know for sure on the Gen5? edit: Well, I got off my lazy nice person and searched the manual. You are indeed correct! edit2: To be clear, I suppose the windshield defogger switch is not to be confused, I think, lol, with the windshield de-icer switch (on the left, next to the Auto headlight switch), which has an element in the windshield to de-ice the wiper blade ice buildup area.
