Time Zone

    In the GPS settings you can set the time zone to the time zone you are currently in.
    As you drive from the West coast to the East coast do you need to re set the time zone to match the past of the US you are currently driving in?

    If you don't keep it set to the time zone you are actually driving in, will it cause any problems with the GPS map tracking information?

    No, the GPS works on GMT (UTC) time, so the time zone offset is only for convenience; it won't cause any problems with determining location. If you are using the time of day for arrival, instead of the time to destination, that will show based on the TZ you have set.
