May be a crazy question!but here goes! Im planning on getting 4 snowtires with steel rims!My question is will the weight of all 4 sitting in the back with the back seats down possibily cause my prius to bottom out?

No problem. I recently hauled 4 wheels and snow tires from a Honda Element from Lubbock TX to the mountains in Colorado. The last 17 miles going up was on a rough dirt road and I couldn't tell any difference from an empty Prius with driver.

No. I had 200 punds of wheels/tires in tha back of my Prius with no problems. A set of steel wheels and snow tires will not be a problem.
