TMobile SDA Bluetooth Problems

I purchased a TMobile SDA and easily connected it to my 2004 Prius. However, now that I've had it for a few weeks I'm having trouble. I can make outgoing calls, but sometimes when calls come in they go to the phone and not the car. Or they go to the car, but when I hit the green key to pick up, there's nothing there. Is this a problem with the bluetooth on the phone or the car? I also noticed recently that my keyless entry doesn't work all the time. Can you "re-set" the bluetooth on the car, and how? I went by the dealership and they had no clue.
