Have you ever used to plates to align your wheels? And which are the best or the cheapest you have found?

You should inquire about Lifetime wheel alignment plans from auto service shops (Firestone Tire, Goodyear, etc). Granted, few places seem to offer them now a days.

I bought mine for $120 in June 2010. I just drop off the car once a year, have lunch at the nearby restaurant/coffee shop, to do some admin work completed, and return to pick-up the car w/ alignment brought back to specs. Vehicle alignment gets out of whack easily, BTW.

A search of "toe plate" seems to show they start from $99.

For your next new/younger vehicle, consider a lifetime alignment plan.

We've done that deal on two previous cars and it paid for itself both times. Haven't done it for the Toyota yet though.
