Does anyone know where I can buy some touch-up paint? I'm specifically looking for Blizzard Perl.

Dealerships should have them. Up here, they came in pen form, color on one end, clearcoat on the other. I found the clear coat tended to loosen the previously applied color coat, gave up on that.

Depending if the scratch goes down to the black plastic you can first lay on some 040 "Super White" then overcoat that with the 070 Blizzard Pearl.
Several here have done that, including myself last week- and it works great. The Blizzard Pearl isn't 'white' enough to cover up any scratches that go into black plastic by itself and that's where the "super White" pre-coat comes in.Picked up both at the local Toyota dealer- it was $21.66 including tax for both tubes.

Get it at the dealer. What little you might save buying it on the web will likely be offset by shipping charges.
