Touring Edition Only in Upper Level Package Dress?

    I've been looking for a Package 1 or 2 Touring, but can't seem to find one from any dealer. My dealer even tried to order one, but said he could only get a Touring Edition in Package 5 or 6.

    Is this true?

    Do they not make the Touring in the lower packages?

    They do, but the dealer wants to make more money off of you! Most seem to be that way.
