Toyota Entune 3.0 Coming to Canada

The 2018 Toyota Camry and Camry Hybrid make their Canadian debut at the Canadian International Auto Show – February 17-26, 2017 | Toyota Canada

• The Canadian debut of Toyota Entune – a bundle of connected vehicle technologies designed to offer convenience and peace of mind for drivers, via simple and seamless synchronization. These technologies include App Suite, enabling access to popular apps, plus enhanced navigation and mapping and Destination Assist – a live agent service ready to assist drivers with the push of a button. And finally, Safety Connect, provides Automatic Collision Notification, Emergency Assistance, Enhanced Roadside Assistance and Stolen Vehicle Locator automatic notification of a collision to dispatch emergency support. Entune comes to Canada this year, starting with the new Toyota Camry.

It'll start with the new Camry.

 

I do not know but if they're launching here, they must know it has to work and cannot be as buggy as the U.S. version. It's taken them a long time (and for good reason) to bring Entune. (part of it is our expensive data plans and the fact it'll only benefit half the population in the 4 major metropolitan centres and I think part of it is the lack of support. We don't have Pandora here. We just got iheartradio and Saskatchewan got LTE just a few years ago etc)

 

Not that I'm aware of. (It's more than just the head unit)
