    15 Million . . . . 20 Years.
That'd be an average of 750,000 hybrids/yr. Not to shabby.
    Interesting
According to CNN ~ Tesla sold 367,500 last year.
Tesla delivered 367,500 cars last year - CNN
At Teslas rate of EV growth - if they sustain their current growth from since day one?
Won't Tesla surpass Toyota's sales #'s by year 15 or 17 at the latest ??
Sure hope Toyota rethinks EV's - for other than for China, where they are required to build 'em.
    ;)

That Toyota has spread their hybrid drivetrains across their models is a good start. Still does not tempt me from our cars but at least less bad.

At least it’s a gateway into people having a larger battery in their car. The only problem is that hybrid owners tend to hold on to their cars for longer so there’s less of a used car market for them. Those that lease will have either moved onto EVs or are a small percentage of owners.
