Does anyone know the Toyota part numbers for the repair wires for the H14 HV ECU connector? The H14 connector's part number is 90980-12431. There should be two repair wires listed because there are two different size holes in the connector. Holes 1-7 are larger than holes 8-31. For holes 1-7 the repair wire's part number could be 82998-12690 (tin plated) and 82998-12700 (gold plated). We're most concerned about holes 8-31 and in particular hole 27 for making the EV modification. Thank you.

the small repair wire is toyota part number 82998-12750

It comes with the exact pin for the HV ECU connector and 15cm of wire crimped and attached.

list price is high, $15 at the dealer, but it fits perfectly where the pin some people harvest from under the steering column is not a great fit and has to be somewhat forced into the connector housing.

All kinds of info about Toyota wiring harness bits in this Toyota Wiring Harness Repair manual. I suggest you download the PDF and keep it on your computer in case the link goes away. http://www.chriswilson.tv/connectors.pdf

Get yourself a Wiha 26010 screwdriver (available via Amazon) works well as the terminal removal tool for some Toyota connectors.
(similar dimensions to the tool Toyota wants you to make as per the repair manual)
