If it really is a 2013/14, then it will continue as a rumor for quite some time. Also leaves plenty of time for changes along the way to reality. That said, isn't this what we expected out of a new Prius division? Would be stunned if 3/4 of the Toyota and Lexus fleet aren't hybrid drives by then. That's their own roadmap. No rumor necessary that far out.

I always thought it strange that Toyota have removed all their sports models from their UK lineup. Gone are the MR2, Celica and Supra. :(

Would make sense that some of these popular names are to return with hybrid assitistance.

A Celica is noticiably missing from the list. Could Toyota be planning on introducing a 2-door couple sooner than 2013? Suspect that if they do, it won't be a hybrid to keep the price down - but maybe not?

Isn't The Scion tC the Celica replacement, at least in the US?
