Trouble with toyotaownersonline.com service records

    Anyone else having trouble entering new service records? Got tires rotated and changed my ATF today but can't enter the info!
    Gives an error "Service conducted is required. Please select at least one service below" event though I HAVE checked off "Tire Rotation" for example.
    Just me?

    I had the same problem 08/06/10 when I tried to enter tire rotation info. The other categories seem to be fully functional. I ended up selecting "other" and then noting it was a tire rotation. I went back in 9/24 to enter other data and tried to fix the 08/06 entry but found the system was still faulty. David

    Thanks for the feedback, yes something's broken. I know it worked for me in March because I have an example of "Tire Rotation" from then.
    Oh well, guess I can just do "Other" for now.
