I am getting around 40mpg with my 2010 prius with 100k miles, heres a couple of things I've noticed

Just got new tires and alignment and i have some damage on my rear drivers side wheel causing -0.6 degrees of toe and uneven tread wear.

Also when I'm driving on flat doing about 55% (low rpm) on the bar on the hybrid system indicator and I'm struggling to get the mpg meter to ~50. I've read this might be the EGR. What do you think?

i would replace the wheel, clean the egr circuit and measure mpg's by the tankful

The rear misalignment might require replacement of the axle?

It's not unusual for new tires to be tough on mpg, some more than others; what are they?
