    Hello there,
    I recently noticed that all
turn lights, park lights, fog lights, license lights, are ALL OFF. Every else works flawlessly.

There are no error codes and no warning lights on the dashboard.

Actually yesterday I dropped the car at the dealer. They told me the bulbs needed to be replaced. So I started replacing the first turn light bulb and that did not anything. So I thought it must be a circuit issue since, coincidence all the non working lights are on fuse 30.

I replaced fuse 30 under the steering wheel.
I noticed it was blackened on its feet but still making full contact. Clearly not the issue.

Anyone could direct me on how to troubleshoot this?

    thank you!

    Frank

is it common for a relay to break?
One thing I can say is that everything was working until I hit a wild animal with my front bumper. body shop fix the bumper. since then I noticed those light won't work. Still every other light (including the front turn lights on the bumper) work perfectly.

like I posted, I checked #30 which is on that circuit. It is fine except for blackened legs.

When I have a situation like that, I just take a deep breath, grab a multimeter and the wiring diagram, and start making measurements from the first place where the expected voltage is, to the first place where it isn't, and then fix the problem.

The Toyota wiring diagrams are online and work in a very nice, interactive way, where you can just click on the circuit you're interested in, and all the switches, fuses, relays, junctions, etc. on that circuit get highlighted. You can click them and see a location diagram showing where they are in the car, and for connectors, exactly what they look like, and which pin(s) to check for your circuit. They're at techinfo.toyota.com.

I'm sorry, I don't know any easier way. You just start at the beginning and follow and eliminate. The good news is, you will find the problem every time.
