OK, I'm venting here, and this may save you some time.

If you do an Internet query for a Prius through Edmunds or Yahoo, and Tustin Toyota is one of the options, save yourself the time and skip them. I'll spare you the cheesy lecture about supply and demand, rising gas prices, and why Tustin effectively deserves your tax credit, and more money on top of that.

I already posted my beef in the Southern California dealer topic. To get more quotes, change your Zip code, and look for dealers outside of your immediate area.

For OC buyers, if you find the car outside OC, say in LA or Ventura, you will still pay the sales tax for your County. You can find reputable dealers in OC. Unfortunately, in my experience Tustin Toyota's sales tactics are greedy, disreputable, and offensive.

It's bad enough to pay full sticker, but several thousand over MSRP is absurd. This behavior will cost them at least one Prius owners service loyalty.
