Request: Need help regarding Prius V 2014.
    Problem Statement:
    01. Car is not turning on.
    02. It is not going into Neutral.

    Diagnostics:
    01. Replaced the key fob battery.
    02. Replaced the 12V Battery.
    03. Check all the fused. Under the hood and Steering.

    History:
It doesn't start one fine day. Towed to the dealer on dolley. Dealer spent 5 hrs and run diagnostics with no result. At the end asked to change the computer communicating with the Key fob but he is not able to give assurance that it will fix the problem. And telling that this the first step. I am affaid and dont know how many steps might be there.

    Please help.

    Welcome to Prius Chat (y).

Can you try holding te fob up to the start button and see if that works?
    All battery connections are tight?

    Keep us posted (y).

I assume you mean the car is still not fixed. If it is you are good. Otherwise, you need to take it to a new Toyota dealer. It is unlikely we can diagnose over the internet without a code reader better than a dealer that has the car, training and equipment.

call toyota corporate, and tell them what is going on.
short of rodents nibbling on your wiring harness, there is no reason to spend thousands of dollars on a wild goose chase on a 2014 at a toyota dealer.

    how many miles on her?
