Surely I am not the only person to encounter this. Cannot get the app to fully link with the vehicle and active the Drive Connect services. It links to the app but then returns an error message with a Contact Support button and neither Services Connect support or the IT team they escalated it to nor Brand Engagement can figure out why. They attempted to completely remove and reset my profile on their end but that has not solved the problem either. Aside from that error message, the app states I have no subscriptions available but they consistently report they see all the included subscription trials active on their end and cannot figure out why I cannot see them and cannot access them. Anyone????
