It makes me wonder ... if it's so important to sue ... where are all those grand standing D.A.'a that are after Toyota? Shouldn't they be after the other manufacturers as well? Seems so ... if you go by incidence per 100,000.

Toyota’s rate of complaint was 4.81 per 100,000 vehicles sold. Ford ranked just behind it, with 339 total complaints, for a rate of 3.12 complaints per 100,000 vehicles sold. General Motors was the lowest, at 0.81 complaints per 100,000 vehicles sold. (The data includes Volvo among Ford’s brands, along with Mercury, a brand not sold in Canada; Toyota’s data includes Scion, a brand not yet sold in Canada.)
