Upgradation of Audio Unit

    The above audio unit is simple in nature i.e. Audio/FM/AM and also the screen has only 4 button as can be seen in the image.

    I want to upgrade this unit to some thing with navigation/bluetooth/rear camera please let me know how to do it.
