Upgrade to/add Smart Key?

I searched and couldn't find this particular question (although I could just be bad at searching...).

Can you add Smart Key functionality to your Prius? I have an 07 and love the idea of a smart key and am curious if it can be added to my vehicle or if it is only an option to have purchased with the car originally from the factory.

Someone else asked this recently. There is a Chinese company that makes an aftermarket smart key system: Spacekey Auto Electrnoics Co., Ltd. This was suggested by Steve at Autobeyours.com, one of the few people in the US who would be capable of assembling all the components necessary to retrofit a Gen II Prius, which implies that retrofitting is simply not worth doing.
