I just had my US Prius shipped to the Netherlands. I lost my North America disc and I cannot use my nav system, radio, etc without a disc. I called the dealership I purchased it from, but they said they couldn't help me. I saw an older thread with a similar issue, but the only suggestion was to get rid of the US nav system and put in a EU system. Is this the only way I can use my nav system? I don't even care about the maps, if I could at least use my radio! Please help!

I would call the Toyota customer service number (800-331-4331) and see what they recommend. Or go to the Navteq site.

Thanks. Do you know if they're only open normal business hours? I'm a 6 hour difference from the East coast of the US.

Not sure. I lived in Amsterdam for a while--you can call late in the afternoon (NL time) which is morning US east coast time.

I could be wrong here but I believe you will need a US disc and not a Euro one as the two systems are not compatible (pal & ntsc?).
