    I am considering the purchase of a used 2007 (not 2008) with 125,000 for $9,500 from a private seller. Body integrety good. All maintenance records. Original battery. New tires. One owner. I will of course have the local dealer check it out. Should I be concerned on the milage; what elese? Thanks.

    if everything checks out and there aren't any bad reports out there, you'll probably be fine. but, just beware, you're out of warranty and there is always the possibility (tho small) of a very expensive repair biting you. all the best!:)
