We took the annual back home to Indiana trip and just got back this evening, here's the stats:

470 miles @ 50.9 mpg NY to Ohio. Rain on most of this leg.
498 miles @ 53.8 mpg Ohio to southern IN, Northern IN and into Ohio again
492 miles @ 55.9 mpg Ohio to NY and home again. Two full pips left on the gauge yet.

We drove 70 mph the entire part of the last leg, other than a few areas of 55 for road construction. We had rain part of the way with a high of 88 degrees in the day.

We had the A/C on the entire way and cruise control wherever possible. I thought for sure going 70 and a bit over and having the A/C on would take me down into the upper 40's. We couldn't believe the 55.9 on the last leg. This also included zooming out at 85mph to get out of a not very nice person's way. :) I love this car!

Edit: OEM tires are at 38/36 and we didn't use the EBH.

    I just drove from Nashville TN to Charleston SC(total 1260.7 miles).Averaged 70-80 MPH,kept the A/C on,got 50.8 MPG.This includes in-town driving while in Charleston(minimal).Car has 7500 miles on it:got it in April.I'm averaging around 48MPG with my routine driving.I don't think this is too bad;particularly after the 18MPG I was getting in the 2000 Chevy long-bed pickup I traded in(it had the V-6)!
When I hit 10,000 I'm gonna try Mobil-1 synthetic oil & increasing the tire pressure to 40/38 as suggested in this forum & will report what happens.
