Any advice on selling/salvaging a prius? We decided it wasn't worth replacing the hybrid battery as I certainly got my use out of the car, it's not in great shape cosmetically, and alignment is a little off at the moment anyways.

We're in the DC area if that matters.

    Thanks in advance.

If you can find someone to do a module swap for you on craigslist cheap, you might be able to sell the car easier. It probably won't be a long lasting repair

Should be worth at least $1000. I'd post to craigslist for $1700 or $1800 and see if you can sell it for $1200-1500. Most major cities have at least a few guys who are Prius repair experts and keep a few disabled Prii in their yards and then swap parts between them to create functional cars. One of these guys I'd image would be happy to get such a car for half off bluebook with a failed HV battery.

At$1500, someone would buy it and flip it for$2500 to $3000 with a module swap
