    ....after nearly 2000 miles our Prius is achieving this:

    I know this indicated not calculated, but even so, it's very impressive. I drive with anticipation, like someone else said here 'drive like you have no brakes'.

    For US readers (most of us here), 59.8 miles per UK gallon = ~49.79 miles per US gallon.

    for october in south florida, US our calculated average mileage was 49.72 in drive-it-like-you-stole-it mode. yup. very happy.
