Vista Download

Does anyone know a location on the web to download the latest release of Vista for testing.

I never signed up for the Beta, but with the release only a couple of months away, I want to install on a machine to test our application installation procedure and to make sure the system works.

After doing some web searches I did not realize asking for Vista download was such a crime to Microsoft.
