Voice Command not responding/phone music player not syncing with blue tooth/address tab in nav disab

Hi All,
I just got a pre-owned Prius 2010 package 4. It would be very helpful if you could help me with these questions -

1. Voice Command not responding when I hit the button on the steering wheel.

2. I have an android phone, the phone app is working well with Prius's blue-tooth but the phone music player not syncing with Prius's blue tooth

3. Address tab in NAV is disabled- when i try to add address to destination, the address ICON is disabled
