    This one is even better: 130 MPG!

    Volkswagen Shows 130 MPG Diesel-Hybrid Cross Coupe Concept – The Diesel Driver - The Joy of Diesel Driving

    The specs are fantastic:
    1. Turbodiesel TDI Engine with 301 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque.
    2. TWO Electric Motors with a total of 332 pound-feet of torque - giving the car a total of 516 pound-feet of torque!
    3. 28 miles of pure electric mode, 74 mph top speed on electric mode.
    4. The diesel engine will CHARGE the battery when driving.
    5. 130 MPG!
