I find that the volume control on the steering wheel is set too fine, or for lack of better words, ie: too many clicks to reduce/increase volume.
Is there a way to increase this sensitivity, ie: less clicks to decrease or increase volume.

    Cheers

I agree. For major volume adjustments I generally turn the radio knob, and leave the steering wheel buttons for fine-tuning.

I've not heard of any way to change them.

I don't bother with clicks. I just lean on the button till I get the volume I want. The sensitivity seems about right for that. Then maybe a click or two for fine tuning.
