vsc abs (!) lit after obd2 plugged in

hey guys, i’m newbie, just newly own a hybrid vehicle. prius 2005 gen 2.
i bought ELM327 WiFi OBD2 scanner.
first time i plugged in was ok perfectly running connected to my phone, then i did run the deep scan. and then i accidentally close the app(car scanner) while the deep scan running. i saw the OBD2 stop blinking.
i turn off the car. reconnect the obd.
and the obd doesn’t want to turn on. and VSC lit after wait 10 sec the abs and (!) lit.
i cannot use the obd again

 

how do i clear the code?
i did zero calibration with pin 13 and 7. still the obd2 not working after i plug in.
