Have couple of possibilities to get an second hand Prius.
Living in Israel second hand 2009 model with 40K comes for like 17.5K$
    2011 model with 90K comes for 19 K$.
So, what do you think - to go with older model with less mileage or newer model with more mileage?
All cars have been driven often enough.
I do around 14K miles annually.

    Thanks in advance!

in prius, age is very bad. the reason is battery ages even if not used, especially in hot climate.
more miles could be actually better, as it may mean hwy driving that is less damaging that low speed city driving.

this is not enough information to make an informed decision.... there are many more variable.

also the newer car potentially has longer warranty left here in the USA (most states) the hybrid drive train has 10 years including battery ... so 2011 would be a better deal but again if that car was a taxi then it surely not !!!
