You can find complete wheel spec technicals here: Gen 1 Wheel Rims and Tires | PriusChat

The keys are really just that, yes 14" and the lug pattern is 4x100. The center bore is 54.1 mm and the offset is 45mm. There are plenty of wheels in the world that fit those specs. I run a set of wheels with winter tires (you know, in the winter) that are from a Ford Escort (b/c I also have a Ford Escort and the wheel specs are identical).

The thing to watch is the lug style, but that's easily solved. I'm not a big wheel guy, so I don't know the technical terms, but the OEM prius wheels take a pass-through lug - as in the lug nuts go through the rim. The Escort lugs are cones and settle into the conical opening in the wheel. It just means that you might have a different lug nut style to store in the trunk w/ your spare. (That's what I do - I have a full sized spare in the trunk of the Prius, but it's an Escort wheel with an appropriate set of lug nuts if needed).
