Wanted: United promotional code

I am forced to travel without my Prius and was hoping someone in this wonderful community would be able to help me out with the costs! My spouse is traveling to Taiwan for a meeting and I would love to go with but the prices are a bit high and know that United hands out promotional e-certificates to frequent flyers.
