I've read most of the posts here and decided to ask.

Last weekend while running errands the dreaded triangle came on along with the Hybrid system warning (car with exclamation mark).

The car runs fine with the exception that when I turn the key on to start it, nothing happens, I shut it off and turn it on again and it starts.

It's a 2002 with 166,750 miles on it. Oil's good, checked the inverter fluid/pump and it looks to be fine (flowing when engines running) checked the gas cap and that's good.
Hooked up an OBDII scanner and got the message "Pass - No codes found"

but I still have the warning lights, and have to "start" the car twice.
I want to find out as much as I can because I don;t have the money to go to the dealer to get it diagnosed. any help would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks.
