I believe 04000 comes with a washer for the coolant drain

I would be very surprised if that's an original part. Unless it comes in a Toyota box. Just go online to a Toyota dealer and buy the right pump.

    Yep thats an original part.

For the first time I replaced my headlights the other day with original Toyota not just the bulbs the entire headlight assy so was forced to pop the top of the bumper loose to remove the headlight assy. What I found is how easy it was to do that and also how easy it is to replace that pump with the headlight out of the way. Its so easy to pop the top of the bumper then bend the bumper a little to take the headlight out. After that is 5 minute job to replace that pump. Pop the bumper and remove the headlight to get to the pump and install the pump its about 20 mins all in I bet.
