    Welcome everyone to the Westchester NY local forum. I would like to open the door here to anyone using Prius Chat who hails from Westchester, and also would like to extend a warm reception to anyone using Prius Chat who is from Manhattan or the other nearby burroughs, as well as anyone using Prius Chat from the Lower Hudson Valley (like Rockland County for example...).

    As a moderator I will do my best to fill those shoes...

    I see many Prii on my daily commute back and forth from the West Side of Manhattan, and many Prii in Westchester. The other day, my fiance chuckled at me as I waved and honked to another Prius in passing. I rarely if ever get a wave or a beep back, and it amuses her to no end that I never give up trying. She suggested I try and create some kind of local area meet for fellow owners! What a better place to start, than here...

    So again, welcome.
