    She didn't seem to understand the first 2 questions:
    1) plans for future model year cars to use better batteries
    2) what can an owner do to minimize battery degradation (not what can they do to extend range during a trip)

    GM plans on launching more BEVs but it will be slow in coming from internal sources

    GM products have a nickel rich chemistry that shows minimal degradation, completely different than Nissan or even PIP battery behavior
