Since buying my Prius last May, I have saved a lot of money in gas vs my old car. Driving 15,300 miles since new, and getting 51 mpg vs 21-22 mpg (and not requiring premium), I have saved approx $1700 in fuel costs so far. Instead of that $1700 going to Chevron, it went to a local Hobby Store for RC trucks. I was able to buy a scale RC Toyota Bruiser (Hilux), Jeep Rubicon, and a scale semi. The Prius has been a fantastic car for me so far, and I'm so glad that I made the purchase. I'm sure the local hobby shop is happy too, but I'm assuming the local Chevron is not too happy...lol. 20140125_124820.jpg 20140125_125219.jpg 20140223_205048.jpg 20140125_124321.jpg 20140223_205137.jpg

Lol nice, looked real at first. I recently into RC drift cars but can't drift for sh*t so it's been collecting dust =\

My petrol powered model airplane will outpace it!

RC cars/planes/whatever are pretty fun. But the real things are even better :)

Drive 35k miles in my 2010 -- avg 45 mpg vs my Jeep which got 17 mpg. Saved a few grand in gas but lost 11k in depreciation. Booyah !!
