What is this part under the engine? Something like water drips out of it.

I was rotating my tires and i notice some water on the ground and it seems like this spout has liquid or water dripping out of it? Can someone tell me what that is and is it supposed to have water coming out of it.

Looks like ac condasation drain, it's normal to drain, otherwise it dressings into the car soaking the passenger floor mat.

It’s the AC drain line (y).

Your 2nd picture encompasses the brake line.

As everyone has said, most likely the AC condensation drain line.
Logic: don’t turn on the AC one day as you drive. If you don’t see any water dripping, you have you answer.
If you see water and you did NOT use the AC, you have a problem.

Yep. I helped a friend fix the AC in his hilux once and after a couple of days he says his floor is wet. I clear the drain line of mud inside it and the wet floors were no more.
