    Welcome to PriusChat!
    May I ask about your vehicle? Year of manufature and miles on the clock. Any other info will be helpful too.
    From the looks of it, you have a few spikes of elevated internal resistance, which might be due to insufficient cooling of the packs with a clogged filter screen. Driving short distances and running the vehicle on low charge can also do that.
    There are lots of knowledgeable members here which will be able to give you more comments with more info.

    08 235k getting trouble codes p3000 & p3016. I have driven it an hour one way and hour back for a year plus driving around town. A few months ago started noticing my mi li rage went from 46mpg to 36 mph. Plus lost allot of power mainly going up hill. On flat ground it does fine. It burns oil like crazy like a quarter quart for every trip maybe 2 trips sometimes. I have to buy 2 quarts a week. I also get trouble code p0420. If we fix the battery I'm afraid we have pushed the engine for so long that its going to fail? So I do not know if it would be worth taking the time. We were going to trade it in, and get a newer one with tax return but got audited so now waiting for it still.

    Seems a lot of issues in the same basket. 235k is pretty good considering everything was from the factory? A good 12 years, did you take ownership a year ago or since new?
    I vote for a trade in at this point

    Had it for a year. We were planning on trading it in but then we got audited so were stuck waiting for the tax return. Which was going to pay for most of the other car

    Any one of those items might be worth repair/replace, but the combination would amount to a cost equal to another Gen2 with less issues.

    I wonder would a cleaning of the busbars and nuts improve those resistance numbers?

    And for sure clean the fan and ductwork too.

    The tempn on the battery isn't crazy high but yes in the meanwhile clean the fan and wait for tax return +

    Cleaning the fan doesn't take much effort (beyond making it happen), and it will guide you towards some of the steps involved in replacing a failed HV battery module. You'll need some basic tools, and a metric socket set to tackle the job :)

    Looking at or cleaning up the HV battery is a great idea, and once inside, you may notice that you need a new 'voltage sensing harness'.

    Since you're still using it as a daily, you might wait until you have some/all of the parts to throw into it, like a set of stainless nuts, and the replacement module(s). You'll also need a 1/4 drive torque wrench if you get into that deep.

    Torque for the nuts on the bus bars is 48 inch pounds. That's 4 foot pounds, very low value.

    Follow the battery health test in the app and report back here.

    The picture you posted shows the battery barely under any load at all. (2amps).

    In your other thread it sounds like your Prius has thrown a battery block error code.

    Do the full test. It will help identify the health.

    Not very interesting or helpful.

    Take a pic like this when aggressively accelerating. Or aggressively braking.
    This and other pic are with only a 2 amp load. Under driving conditions it will be much higher loads.

    Or use the app as intended and do a battery health test. Report the results here.
