what to ask when meeting Prius technician

    I'm being introduced to the service department at the dealer where I bought the car this weekend. I was told that I will meet the Prius technician. Although I haven't decided where I will be taking my 2006 Prius for service (location is not that convenient), what type of question should I be asking the Prius technician or service manager?

    Visit the dealer only if strictly necessary (the car breaks down).

    maybe generating bad karma... to be honest with ya, i stopped by the dealer more BEFORE i got my Prius than since. had to wait 7½ months. so stopped in about once every 1-2 months. since then, only been there a few times for a couple oil changes and a reprogramming of my remote. not sure that did anything. i think i just had a temporary RF black hole for a few days.
