I bought the car at 36k miles and do oil changes every 10k miles. I'm due for an oil change but wonder if I need anything else?

Everything was taken care of at 36k when I got the car.

    Thoughts?

    At 60,000 you should

Check installation of driver’s floor mat
Inspect and adjust all fluid levels
    Replace cabin air filter
    Replace engine air filter
Replace engine oil and oil filter
    Rotate tires
    Inspect the following:
__ Automatic transmission fluid (if it was me, I would replace the fluid using Toyota WS ATF)
__ Ball joints and dust covers
    __ Brake lines and hoses
    __ Brake linings/drums and brake pads/discs
    __ Drive shaft boots
    __ Engine/Inverter coolant
    __ Exhaust pipes and mountings
    __ Front differential oil
__ Fuel lines and connections, fuel tank band and fuel tank vapor vent system hoses
    __ Fuel tank cap gasket
    __ Radiator, condenser and/or intercooler
    __ Steering gear box
    __ Steering linkage and boots

If you did that, 65,000 is nothing special.

Getting the Trans fluid replaced at the dealer, talked them down to $165, everything else looks good but they also wanted me to do the Throttle Body service for $200.

I'll wait on that, for now.

    Thanks!

For the throttle body service all you need is throttle body cleaner and remove the air filter housing, spray the cleaner, let soak and wipe it off, be sure you do the same on the back side of the and the space between the throttle body housing and plate.

Where do you live? You might want to visit another dealer, this one has outrageous prices. $165 and you had to talk them down?
