What's the best charger out there now?

    I live in the Los Angeles area and LADWP is paying up to 2,000 for a charger and installation. I'm wondering which level 2 charger I should go with. Thanks for the help.

    not blink, thats for sure. i don't know about coulomb's home units but their outdoor/commercial chargers seem legit.
