When I take my foot off the accelerator, I hear a sound from the right front passenger wheel area. It sounds like it's something rubbing or rattling with each wheel rotation. (That is, less frequent at lower speed, faster at higher speed.)

It doesn't make the noise when braking or when I press the accelerator to maintain speed. I also hear it when the car is coasting downhill. It also seems less severe when turning.

I'm guessing CV boot, bearings or tie rods?

    Any advice appreciated.

I have similar issue. My car is 2007 Toyota Prius. Have you solved your issue? Can you tell me the reason and how you fixed it? Thanks!
