    So I plan to drop my ride with the Tein Htechs and get some 17s. MB Weapons or Drag DR-38s. Thoughts?

    I like the look of the top one, but I'd lean towards the lighter one. If you're the same type, these might interest you:
    Advanti storm s1
    Storm S1 Matte Black | Advanti Racing
    14.1lbs per wheel for 17x7.

    I'd have gone this direction if I went with 17s.

    Can you post a pic? I like the look of those.

    I didn't end up going with the Advantis, so I don't have a pic myself, but one forum user has pictures of his 15in set here on this post:

    If you're asking for a pic of what I went with, I chose Konig Heliums due to the 60% relative cost over the Advanti Storm S1, and stuck with 15in for ride quality concerns.

    Unfortunately I couldn't find the Konig Heliums in 17in, so it was never really an option. Dominantly I liked the relative price for weight with the Storm S1s when compared to other options. If I was willing to trade a bit of ride quality and get 17s, I'd have gone with the Advantis, hence why I thought I'd bring it up.

    The rim I went with is 15x6.5, exactly stock.

    I was under the impression that earlier models were 15x5, later ones 15x6.5, and the C4 at 16x??, however I can't find any links or proof so I'm apparently full on wrong. Unfortunately I don't have my steel wheels anymore to check.

    If it's any value, wheel-size.com has the following info for the C
    ◦ Bolt pattern 4x100 ◦ Diameter: 15.0'' - 16.0'';
    ◦ Width (inches): 5 - 6.5;
    ◦ Offset (mm): 39 - 50.

    15x5 is also confirmed on this thread.

    Google full on tells you with a search too

    Sorry for the misinformation.

    I was only asking cause I was thinking about picking up rims but need to know if I should go with a 6.5 width or 7 with a drop.

    I'm lowered by ~1in all around, and I'm on 15x6.5 wheels with the oem Assurance tires. I don't think going with a 15x7 is THAT different. The guy with the red C on this post Show me your C | PriusChat has the 15x7 Advantis and didn't mention any issues as well.

    I'm also looking into getting new rims. What are your thoughts on 15x7.25 30et. What's the perfect offset? I currently have 15x8 25et. The car rides fine untill its full of passengers then the rear scrapes a bit

    I attached the rim that I'm interested in.

    So I ended up getting 17x7s and 215/45 tires. Would 205/45 be a better choice?
