    It was going after the smaller "hooked" fish and hit the guy reeling in the small fish. They will probably close down that section of waterway and hunt down every man-eating mackeral in the area to secure human safety. lol

    Aren't mackeral good eating? Seems like a waste to just hang him from the dock for the crabs to eat.

    I believe they rank #1 in mercury content and at 57lbs he probably has quite a bit in him. Hell maybe that is why he left the water, there was a low pressure system moving in and he rose... :p

    And mercury poisoning is why pregnant women aren't supposed to eat fish - bottom feeders and river fish typically have the highest amounts of mercury in their systems
