    There used to be not much to learn. Since the server migration, a little over two months back, file upload has been broken. Aforementioned server migration thread (linked at top of every page) marks the start date of the problem. Site owner last posted here December 13th.

    Maybe there was once not much to learn there, but then since December it has explained how photos can be posted, which may be what a person who titles a thread "where can I learn about posting photos" is hoping to learn about.
