I have purchased a Kenwood WooX KSC WA62RC amplified subwoofer and would like any information anyone might have as to where to hook it up to with the Prius standard head unit. I will first try to fit under the passenger seat - if it doesn't fit there I'll go into the well under the trunk floor.

    Any suggestions will be appreciated.

this sub works perfectly under passenger seat.
you do not need a level adapter because this sub has already a high level entry.
The signal from right rear door is enough.
You can get power from behind the big box between front seats;just pull the back cover.
I used no relay to activate the sub (direct from acc).
    Result is perfect.
just be carefull to leave clear the air flow for rear passenger. 8)

The quality of the bass is now really good; all the loudspeakers were changed. the power of original radio_amp is enough.
When you change the loudspeakers, you should stick inside the doors some damping material to avoid the "drumming/rattling "of the doors.
At the same time it will change the sound when closing the doors , you will now have a luxurious car..
