My 2005 Prius with 180K miles has the front driver wheel hub assembly replaced already.

Which ones on your car have you replaced?

My car is starting to make loud noises again, someone stated that rear hub assembly generally don't get replaced? Can someone confirm this?

    I live in the USA.

My 2004 has 190K miles, no issues with the wheel bearings.

However if the OP's car needs new bearings, then it doesn't matter how many other Prius have needed or not needed them. It is certainly possible for a rear wheel bearing to fail and the OP needs to have the noise checked out.
